
Vietnam-based agritech firm Techcoop secures $70m series A
Source: Tech in AsiaTechcoop, a Vietnam-based agritech platform, announced a US$70 million series A funding round on Feb. 24.
The funding includes US$28 million in equity and US$42 million in debt financing, co-led by TNB Aura and AVV, with participation from BlueOrchard, FMO, AppWorks, and Capria Ventures.
The investment will enhance Techcoop’s digital platform and export infrastructure for high-value crops like cashew nuts, coconut, coffee, and fresh produce.
The company aims to expand its technology, improve sustainable farming practices, and boost international market access for Vietnamese agricultural businesses.
This series A round is one of the largest in Vietnam’s agritech sector, reflecting the growing demand for tech-driven agriculture solutions.
Techcoop has been profitable since launching in 2022 and expects to reach US$130 million in annualized revenue by the end of 2024.
