David Ng

With a strong foothold in the Media, Entertainment and Gaming sector, David supports and advises TNB Aura on all related functions within these verticals as Venture Partner.

David is the founder and CEO of goGame – a mobile game publisher invested by SEGA, Incubate Fund Japan and KDDI Corporation. Founded in 2015, goGame is now a 200 strong team across Asia working with Japanese game companies and global entertainment giants such as SEGA, Colopl and Disney.

Prior to goGame, David was the founding CEO of gumi Asia Pte Ltd. where he led the team to massive success in 2014 when Brave Frontier entered the global top 10 grossing charts in both the App Store and Play Store.

David also held positions as GM & Senior Director for Asia Online in Electronic Arts (EA), which is focused on the company’s online product, technology and distribution operations in the region.

Which famous person do you have the most chemistry with?

The person I have most chemistry with, albeit not famous, is my wife who has been my soulmate and best friend for 36 years.

What is the most uncommon thing you own?

My online alcohol distribution company. It started off as a hobby and grew with some investment in the tech behind it, and now feeds my passion for whisky.

Outside of the office, what do you have a heart for?

Whisky. I enjoy the liquid and love the conversations with friends because I never drink alone.
